Our Return Policy


The Sensory Shop wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to make a return, we offer a 14-day, money-back guarantee on all purchases, excluding shipping and handling charges, provided the toy has not been played with and is in its original packaging.


The Sensory Shop wants to make returns as easy and painless as possible. In addition to the return information in this section, you can find everything you need to know on how to return an item(s) on the back of your packing slip.  We strive to make our customers happy when a return has to be made, so if you ever have any questions regarding a return or any of our policies, please feel free to contact us at


We know that sometimes children receive a duplicate gift or a toy that is not age appropriate, and we want to make those returns easy too! When returning a gift to The Sensory Shop, please select the “Send Me a Gift Certificate” option of  the Easy Returns Form. When we receive the return, we will issue you a gift card in the amount of the returned merchandise.


The Sensory Shop is happy to help customers when they wish to return an item that they have received for another toy on our website. Unfortunately, due to a quickly turning inventory and our desire to keep back orders to a minimum, we do not offer a standard exchange process with the return of an item. In order to exchange one toy for another, you first must return the original item and select the “Send Me a Gift Certificate” of the Easy Returns Form. When we receive the return, we will issue you a gift card in the amount of the returned merchandise, which you may then use to purchase the item you desire.

If you are exchanging or returning merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

Please note: As is Universal Retail Policy: “Opened” DVDs, CDs, Software and Videos may not be returned. (of course faulty DVDs, Software, Videos or CDs will be replaced after being tested if we find working properly may also be returned to sender. )

1. We recommend that you ship your package INSURED to ensure safe arrival.

2. Please use ORIGINAL (or comparable) shipping box and shipping packaging to ensure arrival in NEW condition. .

3. Write RMA # Clearly on Outside of Box in black marker.

4. Returns & Exchanges must arrive in NEW, original condition, in their original full packaging.- Thank you!

5. Packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from purchase.

Returns received in worn condition, or outside of original packaging may also be returned to sender and no credit will be given.
